Aramark presents an exciting opportunity for a culinary expert to join our catering team, focusing on supervising our workforce.

This position is ideal for a chef with a dedicated and creative mindset, committed to delivering outstanding service that meets the expectations of our clients and customers. This is a client-facing role that requires a proactive and engaging individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and serve meals three times daily
  • Oversee and assist enhanced inmates in kitchen operations
  • Work alongside the workforce to support meal preparation and food service
  • Responsible for the preparation of quality food items according to a predetermined menu
  • Ensure efficient food production in accordance with established recipes
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu offerings
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • Complete all necessary documentation and compliance forms
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and manage conflicts effectively
  • Participate in required training sessions as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have resided in the UK for the past five years and possess legal work authorization
  • Ability to pass comprehensive security vetting and background checks
  • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in a large-scale kitchen environment
