Position Overview:

Thirteen Group is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our contact team, working 15 hours per week on a fixed-term contract. The role demands flexibility to accommodate customer needs during operational hours, which span from 8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as part of a rota.

Thirteen Group Offers:

  • Annual Salary - £9,473.92 (equivalent to £24,537 for full-time)

Key Duties:

  • Deliver exceptional customer-focused communication via telephone, email, and other channels, ensuring maximum first contact resolution and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Take ownership of service requests, including complex inquiries, and address customer dissatisfaction by identifying optimal solutions and pursuing continuous improvement.
  • Enhance the customer journey by accurately capturing and managing customer information and insights through contact management systems.
  • Manage inquiries across all service areas, ensuring responses meet established service standards.

  • Proficient in utilizing IT and media effectively, with the ability to adapt to changes in systems, processes, and working practices while addressing a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, demonstrating attention to detail and strong communication skills to achieve team and organizational goals.
  • Empathetic and responsive to customer needs, committed to resolving issues effectively.
