Occupational Health Staffing Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a regional clinical team, providing clinical and operational advice to clients, and assisting the business to achieve financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Manage a caseload of up to 6 cases per day, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Health Surveillance: Conduct health surveillance activities, including health checks and risk assessments.
  • Health Promotion: Develop and implement health promotion programs to improve the health and wellbeing of clients.
  • Fitness for Work Assessments: Conduct fitness for work assessments to determine an individual's ability to perform their job duties.
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of Occupational Health Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Client Account Management: Manage client relationships, providing clinical and operational advice to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitoring Staff Performance: Monitor the performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment of new staff, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor with strong case management and health surveillance experience.
  • Previous leadership and management experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Full driving licence and access to a car.

Salary: Up to £48,000 + Benefits
