Job Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing various technical challenges related to hardware, software, and peripherals. Your responsibilities will include responding to, documenting, and resolving service desk inquiries promptly in accordance with service level agreements.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional analytical abilities to identify, assess, and resolve intricate issues, or when necessary, escalate them to the appropriate IT personnel.

Your primary duties as an IT Support Specialist will include:

Deliver Technical Assistance: Address and resolve technical support inquiries from business clients, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Efficiently identify and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems using various tools and methodologies.

Develop and Update Documentation: Create thorough and accessible technical documentation, ensuring it remains current and beneficial for team members and users.

Follow Established Protocols: Adhere to defined service desk processes and procedures to guarantee consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Manage and Prioritize Support Requests: Effectively prioritize and handle multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely resolutions.
