Fabric Operations Manager

Mane Contract Services is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Fabric Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the fabric elements of the GTR stations Hard FM services contract, ensuring all GTR KPIs and SLAs are met. This includes working with the GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to support the Help desk and completing assigned jobs within the contract SLA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Facilities Management, a strong CAFM system knowledge, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to build good relationships with clients, develop new business, and follow the HBS gated project management process. The successful candidate will be required to attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager. The role requires a strong understanding of the Rail industry, with experience in projects and facilities management. A full UK driving licence and recognised relevant qualification are also desirable. The successful candidate will be working with a team to deliver high-quality services to clients, and will be expected to work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
