Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to cover our fabric elements for all stations in our Southern Territory.

Working Hours: 0730 – 1700 Monday to Friday. Additional hours may be required depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the fabric elements of our stations' Hard FM services contract, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Utilize a strong Facilities Management background and CAFM system knowledge to drive success.
  • Collaborate with our Asset Pro live reporting system to support our Help desk, ensuring all assigned jobs are completed within the contract SLA.
  • Develop strong relationships with our clients, attending client meetings as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and introduce new clients to our services.
  • Adhere to our Health and Safety protocols and complete monthly reports for the Contract Manager.
  • Participate in training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the projects and facilities management sector.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in the Rail industry.
  • PTS (desirable).
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Recognized relevant qualification (desirable).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
