**Job Summary**

Mane Contract Services is seeking a skilled and experienced Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the building services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of fabric equipment across various rail stations in the Gatwick/Crawley area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receive and inspect deliveries of materials
  • Verify delivery notes and hand them over to the foreman
  • Perform reactive maintenance on all types of fabric equipment on the client's asset register
  • Complete worksheets in a timely and efficient manner and submit them to the head office each week
  • Make recommendations regarding the condition of plant and submit Life Expired reports if necessary
  • Carry out planned maintenance works in accordance with the client's specification
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in preparing costings for any remedial works
  • Order job materials and submit copy paperwork to the head office each week
  • Participate in out-of-hours call-out duties to cover reactive faults
  • Attend training and Health and Safety courses as directed by the Contracts Manager
  • Report accidents and complete accident report forms as directed

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in fabric maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
