We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to oversee civil infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on the construction of fibre networks. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directing all construction activities with a keen eye on quality and safety
  • Ensuring adequate resources of plant and materials
  • Conducting random audits to uphold Health & Safety and Quality standards
  • Supervising in-house and subcontractor teams
  • Maintaining accurate production records and progress reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • NRSWA accreditation/CSCS Supervisors card
  • BT/Openreach Accreditations would be an advantage
  • Proven ability to organize and manage teams effectively
  • Driving Licence valid for the UK
