We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Warehouse Manager to join our team at Kevin Theobald Recruitment Agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the logistics and supply chain industry, with extensive knowledge of air and ocean import/export operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processing.

Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to warehouse staff.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams.

Oversee air and ocean import/export operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing.

Manage logistics warehouse distribution to optimize inventory management and order fulfillment.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including regulatory requirements.

Maintain and manage customs bonded warehouse operations in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Implement and monitor compliance programs and procedures.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and systems.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Extensive knowledge of air and ocean import/export operations.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings.

Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
