Job Title: Digital Workplace Business Change Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Business Change Lead to join our team at Geneve Int. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful adoption and utilization of digital workplace tools and technologies within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather Core Information: Gather core information about the groups/teams to build a clear view of their structure, use cases, data requirements, and more.
  • Develop Change Management Strategies: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of digital workspace tools.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and support for digital initiatives.
  • Guide Users: Guide the defined users through the required preparatory activities to ensure they are completed in time for the planned deployment schedules.
  • Build Business Change Champion Network: Build a business change champion network and foster strong relationships within the Business.
User Adoption:
  • Design Adoption Programs: Design and execute adoption programs to increase usage and proficiency of digital workplace solutions.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to support end-users.
  • Signpost Users: Signpost users to training material and support processes to ensure they are prepared to use the new tools and feel confident in their user experience.
  • Monitor Adoption Metrics: Monitor and analyze adoption metrics/KPIs to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make improvements.
Communication:
  • Develop Communication Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to inform and engage employees about digital workplace changes.
  • Create Engaging Content: Create and distribute engaging content through various channels.
  • Act as Liaison: Act as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Facilitate Workshops: Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and provide updates on digital workplace initiatives.
  • Main Point of Contact: Serve as the main point for all communication related to digital workplace changes.
Other:
  • Manage Adoption Team's Core Products: Management and update of the Adoption Team's core products, e.g., master tracker, templates, plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, user adoption, and communications within a digital or IT environment.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully managing business change and driving user adoption of digital tools.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies, e.g., Microsoft 365, M365 Copilot collaboration tools.
  • Experience in Communication Strategies: Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Creating Training Materials: Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in Project Management Tools: Experience in project management tools and techniques.
  • Evaluate Business Stakeholder Feedback: Evaluate business stakeholder feedback as part of the project's lessons learned process.
  • Help Others: Help others by undertaking general tasks not related to their discipline when required.
  • Motivate Self and Others: Motivate self and others to continually reflect and adapt to improve quality and delivery cadence.
