As a Skills and Development Coach at First Intuition, you will play a vital role in supporting a caseload of apprentices to ensure they complete their programmes on time. You will be the main point of contact for the apprentices and will work closely with the employer, tutors, and client team to provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold regular review meetings with learners and line managers to monitor progress and provide feedback.
  • Guide learner development through our bespoke e-portfolio system, including giving feedback on portfolio submissions.
  • Monitor learner progression to ensure they reach their highest potential in all knowledge, skills, and behaviours of the apprenticeship standards.
  • Support apprentices through to End Point Assessment.
  • Keep excellent records and relevant trackers up to date.
Requirements
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and motivate with an enthusiasm for learning.
  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and professional, representing the brand to clients and apprentices.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • Microsoft literate (Excel, Outlook).
