Role: GRC Analyst
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Type: Contract (Inside IR35)
Length: 4 months+
The client is looking for an enthusiastic member to join and help train and mentor some junior members of the team. They need someone to join on a contract for the next 4 months minimum.
Responsibilities:
- Support stakeholders with risk assessments and ensure security/compliance requirements (NIST CSF) are understood.
- Drive changes in the Technology and Security Risk program to meet evolving needs.
- Develop and maintain third-party risk assessments and manage supplier risk.
- Present risk reports to leadership and help establish management action plans.
- Create SOPs for risk assessments and develop corrective action plans.
- Guide business partners on risk mitigation and use IRM (ServiceNow) for GRC processes.
- Provide training, peer reviews, and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM).
- Experience in assessing security risks and implementing security controls in large enterprises/cloud environments.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
Nice To Have:
- Experience with public cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google) and ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with technical security controls and standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
