About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Kerridge Commercial Systems. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our suite of software solutions into the wholesale, manufacturing, and distribution market place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and deliver lead generation and other marketing exercises for your market territory through your own effort and collaboration with the sales-focused Marketing Department.
  • Lead the business discovery process and presentation of solution to clients.
  • Take a hands-on approach with the product, including initial demonstration capability.
  • Qualify opportunities and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system.
  • Attend and present at monthly sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable record of achieving new business targets.
  • High capability of qualification/assessment of opportunities throughout the sales process.
  • Self-starter with ability to deliver presentations in a professional and structured manner up to board level.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Strong B2B New Business sales experience of ERP software.
  • Experience gained within the distribution market place is desirable.

Special Conditions:

A valid driving license and passport are essential as travel will be required as part of the role.
