About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team at Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage all guest interactions, resolving any issues or concerns in a polite and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
  • Assist with training and development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
