About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Supervisor to join our Front of House team at Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Manage the reception area, including check-in, check-out, and guest queries
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the reception area
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and problem-solve
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and a commitment to excellence
