We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Analyst to join our team at The Original Factory Shop (Head Office). As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in providing financial accuracy, diligence, and analysis to support operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Business Partnering: Collaborate with the Commercial and Financial Planning Manager to provide financial support and guidance to the wider organisation and senior leadership team.
- Financial Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate and focused KPI reporting in a data-rich environment, ensuring rigour at every stage.
- Business Intelligence: Oversee and maintain the Business Intelligence system to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
- Data Analysis: Mine and interpret large data sets to bring clear, concise conclusions to a wider, often non-financial audience.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail business.
- Qualifications: Full or part-qualified CIMA.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, ability to work well as part of a team, and strong eye for detail.
- Software: Experience of working with MicroStrategy and Power BI.
- Hybrid Working: Flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
