Job Title: Care Worker - Evening Hours

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in the Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne area. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Valid UK driving license and reliable access to an insured vehicle
  • Caring nature and compassion for clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in or travel locally to the Windsor, Runnymede, and West Spelthorne area
  • Minimum B1 level spoken and written English
