About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our customer-focused team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading, motivating, and delegating to grounds maintenance operatives to deliver excellent customer and community services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize tools and equipment required for work to be carried out.
  • Follow standard work routines and tasks on site, with scope to make adjustments in the case of unplanned events.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of grounds maintenance work on our sites.
  • Meet set targets and support your supervisor to deliver an excellent, value-for-money service.

Requirements:

  • NPTC level 2 in the use of pesticides PA1 & PA6a.
  • Full current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and trailer licence.
  • Satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
