Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our operations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in integrating new products into our production processes, supporting existing production lines, and ensuring that production services are consistently available.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for products and testing equipment, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
  • Address production stoppages and quality concerns to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Design, manufacture, and maintain testing equipment to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Execute tasks according to established standard routines and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Uphold 6S principles in your work environment.
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, employing lean methodologies and Six Sigma practices to enhance processes and reduce risks.
  • Deliver training and support to team members as necessary.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Your Qualifications

  • Possess an HND/HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience in an electronic manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with SolidWorks and proficiency in 3D printing design.
  • Strong understanding of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
