Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Lift Technician to join our team in the UK. As a Trainee Lift Technician, you will work alongside a qualified Lift Technician to learn and understand the company's requirements to become a qualified Lift Technician. The trainee scheme is designed to last up to 4 years and provides a comprehensive training program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist a qualified Lift Technician in performing lift testing and maintenance tasks.
  • Learn and understand the company's procedures and protocols for lift testing and maintenance.
  • Develop and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C, including Maths, English, and Science.
  • A Level 2 Foundation Course in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations, or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering is desirable.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
