About the Role

Zenith Cosmetic Clinics Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Aesthetic Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our therapy department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality clinical therapy treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical therapy treatments, including laser treatments, to patients in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Assist the Senior Management Team in increasing business within the therapy department for treatment and retail sales.
  • Lead other therapists to deliver on treatment protocols and targets.
  • Ensure up-to-date treatment and product knowledge.
  • Advance preparation for clinic lists.
  • Achieve targets set in KPI framework.
  • Provide flexibility to cover sickness, absence, and additional requirements of the business.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year.
