Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide patients with Clinical Therapy treatments, largely Laser treatments, in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Assist the Senior Management Team in ensuring an increase in business within the therapy department for treatment and retail sales.
  • Lead other therapists to deliver on treatment protocols and targets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification of NVQ Level 4.
  • Up-to-date treatment and product knowledge.
  • Ability to provide consultations and suggest relevant treatment plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
