Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Manager to join our team at Evans Halshaw in Chorley. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Team Performance: Lead your sales team to optimize every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business.
- Enquiry Management: Expertly handle the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers.
- Performance Monitoring: Work under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget.
- Team Development: Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to develop them.
- A high level of professional acumen and an outstanding work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly.
- Influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers.
