Who We Are Looking For

As we continue to experience growing demand from our clients, we are excited to expand our team at the Associate Consultant level. We seek intelligent, curious, and driven individuals to join us. Given our status as a newly established and rapidly growing organization, an entrepreneurial mindset is essential. Consulting work often involves ambiguity, and we need individuals who are enthusiastic about tackling projects that require innovation and the development of new processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering consulting projects through quantitative and qualitative research, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Transforming information into engaging and visually appealing project materials, resources, and deliverables (including presentations and reports).
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Engaging in client meetings to comprehend their needs and project focuses, serving as a supporting contact for specific projects.
  • Collaborating with team members to formulate and execute project strategies, ranging from one-off workshops to comprehensive organizational strategies.
  • Assisting in the creation of proposals, pitches, and other business development initiatives alongside The Ladder Group's Commercial Team.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
