Key Responsibilities:
- Lead category management initiatives for a top4 grocery customer, driving business growth and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Utilize market data and insights to inform category-based strategies and recommendations.
- Present compelling brand stories to customers and internal teams, leveraging data and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
- Work closely with the Category Manager to ensure seamless execution of category plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Category Management or Market Research, with a strong background in FMCG brands.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of category data platforms such as IRI, Kantar, or Nielsen.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with occasional travel to the Berkshire region.
