We are seeking a skilled Freelance Document Controller to join our team at Fawkes & Reece South.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation using SharePoint, handling correspondence and management of engineering drawings, and performing site administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documentation using SharePoint.
- Handle the correspondence and management of engineering drawings.
- Perform site administrative tasks, including maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting site management.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible to the project team.
- Assist with the distribution and tracking of documents across departments.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Document Controller and Site Administrator within the civil engineering or construction sectors, strong proficiency in SharePoint for document management, and experience in managing engineering drawings and related correspondence.
