## Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our children's home in Bilston, West Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the home and ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in our care.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each child
* Allocate Key Workers to each young person and ensure their care plans are implemented effectively
* Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for each child
* Manage budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the home
* Stay up-to-date with statutory and procedural frameworks for residential care and communicate this to the team

* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 with a bonus package that can take your earnings to £65,000 plus
