## Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

## Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our children's home in Bilston, West Midlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and care of children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

## Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
* Allocate Key Workers to each young person and ensure their care plans are implemented
* Build relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure effective support
* Manage budgets effectively and in line with company policy
* Stay up-to-date with statutory and procedural frameworks for residential care and communicate this to the team
