We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Woodlands Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role:
- Provide person-centred care and support to residents with a range of needs and abilities.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Support residents with their physical and emotional needs, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year's experience working in a care capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
- Uniform and PVG paid.
- Onsite parking and a supportive work environment.
