Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Assistant to join our Private Equity team at ISE Partners. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Private Equity MD and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Coordination: Coordinate international travel itineraries, expense reporting, and manage complex travel schedules for the PE team.
  • Calendar Management: Manage the calendar, presentations, meetings, and action items of the PE team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Representation: Represent the Private Equity team in various forums and meetings with external and internal guests, showcasing our team's professionalism and approachability.
  • Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters relating to the daily activity of the department, maintaining the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure alignment with goals and values, driving business success.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a senior assistant to a busy MD and team within private equity or investment management.
  • Liaison Skills: Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, across the organisational structure.
  • Drive and Pride: Driven to succeed and thrive in the Assistant role, taking pride in delivering exceptional organisational support.
  • Prioritization: Unflappable when dealing with multiple requests, able to confidently prioritise using intuition.
  • Education: University or secretarial college graduate, looking to work in a corporate environment.
  • Communication Style: Well-presented and client-facing in communication style, with a desire to work in a fast-moving, international environment.
