Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Coordinator to join our Private Equity team at ISE Partners. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Private Equity MD and team, ensuring the smooth operation of our global investment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex international travel schedules and diaries for the Private Equity MD and team.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate with external and internal guests.
- Coordinate international travel, itineraries, and expense reporting for the Private Equity team.
- Represent the Private Equity team in various forums and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to the Private Equity MD and team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a senior assistant to a busy MD and team within private equity or investment management.
- University/secretarial college graduate, looking to work in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
