About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday (Term Time Only), supporting Year 5 and Year 6 classes. As a successful candidate, you will work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to assess children's development, plan and deliver 1 to 1 and group intervention sessions, and provide support with reading, phonics, Maths, and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Class Teacher in planning and delivering lessons
  • Work with small groups of children to support their understanding of lessons
  • Provide 1 to 1 support with SEND children
  • Support with emotional and social development
  • Work collaboratively with the Class Teacher to assess children's development
