About the Role
This is a key position within the Client Experience team, reporting to the Director of UX and Product Management. The team oversees a diverse array of services and platforms, including the MMS Portal, Data Platform, CX Center of Excellence, and Common Services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders from technology, product, legal, and compliance to drive design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
- Lead design workshops and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve design goals.
- Work closely with the product team to design and deliver customer-facing products that meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 1+ year of experience.
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing products in the financial sector.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Strong design skills and experience with design tools and methodologies.
- Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time.
