  • Team Support: Collaborate with the Lifestyles Team Leader to promote events and activities to the team and residents, and provide regular updates on successes and achievements.
  • Programme Review and Refresh: Support the regular review of activity programmes to assess their effectiveness, making recommendations for revisions and refreshments to ensure continued resident engagement.
  • Relationship-Centred Care: Foster a culture of relationship-centred care among team members, empowering residents to make informed choices about their lifestyle and activities.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local community groups, charities, and volunteers to enhance our residents' experiences and create opportunities for social interaction.
Requirements
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with residents, team members, and external partners.

  • Care Experience: A strong understanding of the needs and preferences of older adults, with experience working with individuals living with dementia or other age-related conditions.
