## Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle, a luxury care and nursing home in Reigate. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the running of a defined area of the home, providing personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the care team, and managing monthly routine medication.

## Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the day-to-day running of your care area, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained
* Provide personal care to residents, including administering medication and responding to emergency situations
* Lead and guide the care team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
* Manage monthly routine medication, supervising the care team when delivering this
* Act as a named nurse for individual residents, developing a strong relationship with each resident to involve them in decisions about their care
* Review and update resident care plans in line with Signature policy, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation

## What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of £22.50
* Shift times: 07:15 till 19:15, alternate weekends required
