Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our team at We Do Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our treasury function, ensuring that both statutory and management reporting meet all internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treasury Management:
    • Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure effective cash management and risk mitigation.
    • Manage external reporting for debt facilities with lenders, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
    • Collaborate with divisional finance teams and auditors to resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide business insights to the board through regular financial analysis and project-based reporting.
  • Management & Statutory Reporting:
    • Collate and consolidate cashflow reporting and forecasting for the board, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
    • Contribute to the production of consolidated statutory accounts, including disclosures, detailed working papers, and management of the group's viability assessment.
    • Lead external reporting with bodies such as the Office for National Statistics.
  • Other Key Responsibilities:
    • Primary control and approval of changes in supplier data in the ERP system (COINS).
    • Represent finance in group projects, ensuring financial requirements and critical review are considered.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with a strong background in technical accounting and treasury.
  • Solid IT skills, with advanced Excel proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with the COINS accounting system is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What We Offer

The role offers a competitive day rate of £400 - £500. This is a hybrid role, with 2/3 days per week in the head office.
