About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our Integrated Local Services (ILS) directorate as Deputy Head of Nursing for Health Inclusion Services and Continence. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership for the service, working closely with the wider service management team and the full support of the directorate management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership for the Health Inclusion and Continence services, ensuring effective action is taken where performance falls below or is at risk of falling below expected levels.
  • Hold the Service Management Team to account for delivery against their personal and the service's objectives through regular performance review meetings.
  • Lead a culture of professional accountability and responsibility to patients, ensuring that staff learns from complaints and clinical incidents.
  • Maintain a senior clinical role in the service with a focus on patient-facing care and support for the MDT.
