About the Role:

  • Support the HR Team in all aspects of the Company's HR and Recruitment processes.
  • Provide an operational people service, ensuring the smooth delivery of HR and Recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and address HR and Recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement effective HR and Recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • HR Administration: Manage employee data, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee well-being, and encourage open communication.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR and Recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment practices, and HR procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
