FS Tax Director

Job Summary
Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced FS Tax Director to lead our Financial Services Tax team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients, including Private Equity, Asset Managers, and Alternative Investment Funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax advisory services to clients.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions and manage tax risk.
- Collaborate with Partners to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Work closely with our Corporate Tax team to deliver a full range of tax services, including tax structuring, compliance, and advisory services.
Requirements
- ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong FS Tax experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of tax professionals.
- Excellent technical expertise in financial services tax, with a commercial approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Partners and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
