Job Summary:

Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced FS Tax Director to lead our Financial Services Tax team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients, including Private Equity, Asset Managers, and Alternative Investment Funds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to provide advice on all aspects of financial services transactions and tax advisory work.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions and manage tax risk.
  • Collaborate with Partners to develop new clients and sell new services to existing clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Corporate Tax team to deliver tax services to financial services businesses.

Requirements:

  • ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong FS Tax experience.
  • Proven track record of leading a tax team and managing a significant portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent technical expertise and commercial approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Partners and other stakeholders.
