Job Summary

Pro-Tax is seeking an experienced FS Tax Director to lead our Financial Services Tax team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients, including Private Equity, Asset Managers, and Alternative Investment Funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality tax advisory services to clients.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize clients' tax positions and manage tax risk.
  • Collaborate with Partners to develop new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Work closely with our Corporate Tax team to deliver a full range of tax services, including tax structuring, compliance, and advisory services.

Requirements

  • ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong FS Tax experience.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team of tax professionals.
  • Excellent technical expertise and commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement tax strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
