Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Governance and Effectiveness Manager to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in promoting and overseeing high standards of patient care and safety.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert leadership and guidance to clinical and operational teams on clinical quality and governance matters.
  • Lead and chair monthly Clinical Governance meetings, ensuring high-quality agenda papers and meeting outputs.
Key Requirements
  • 5 years of healthcare experience, with a strong background in patient safety, quality improvement, and governance.
  • RCA training and experience in leading complex patient safety incident investigations.
