About the Role
The Clinical Governance Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and overseeing high standards of patient care within HUC. This includes investigating and managing incidents, embedding excellence, and championing robust governance processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide expert leadership and guidance to clinical and operational teams on clinical quality and governance.
- Attend and chair Clinical Governance meetings, ensuring high-quality agenda papers and meeting outputs.
- Support and lead complex patient safety incident investigations, including duty candour and report drafting.
- Offer cross-cover and support as needed for other team members.
- Undertake other duties commensurate with the seniority and experience of the post.

Requirements
