About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Governance Manager to join our team at HUC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting and overseeing high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert leadership and guidance to clinical and operational teams on clinical quality and governance matters.
  • Chair monthly Clinical Governance meetings, ensuring high-quality agenda papers and meeting outputs.
  • Support and lead complex patient safety incident investigations, including duty candour and report drafting.
  • Collaborate with teams to embed and champion excellence in governance processes.
  • Undertake other duties commensurate with the seniority and experience of the post.

Requirements

  • 5 years of healthcare experience.
  • RCA training.
  • Senior experience in patient safety, quality improvement, or governance.
