Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrator to join our friendly team based in Falkirk. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards and compliant administration are met at all times.

This is a busy role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will be responsible for logging and keying customer orders, tracking stock, and participating in office duties such as answering phone calls and managing post.

You will also be responsible for ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations and our in-house system reflects actual locations. Effective liaison with the fitting diary team is essential to ensure service level agreements are met with customer satisfaction at the forefront.
