We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in one of our excellent Secondary Schools in North Tyneside.
About the Role:
- Support a pupil with SEN on a 1:1 basis, providing individualized support to help them engage with their learning.
- Communicate effectively with Class Teachers to ensure appropriate strategies are used to meet the pupil's needs.
- Assist the pupil during all lessons, promoting their learning and progress.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
- Resilient and proactive approach to supporting pupils with complex needs.
