Junior Exhibitions Content Producer (B2B)

Location: London Based Hybrid Role (3 days in office)

Salary: £28k

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Exhibitions Content Producer to join our team at Savvy Media & Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for researching and securing speakers for our large exhibition agenda.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior with some B2B events production experience or someone passionate about the events industry. Our company offers a fantastic office based in Central London with great connection links making for an easy commute no matter where you are in London.

  • Research and suggest topics for our exhibition agenda
  • Prospect and confirm speakers to appear on our event agenda
  • Provide administrative support to our Head of Content
  • Attend competitor trade shows and events to network with potential speakers
  • Run a stage at each event – liaise with speakers in the lead up to the event and greet and liaise with speakers on the day
  • Assist with organizing and running virtual events – webinars, podcast editing, news articles etc

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in events – event management, live content management, speaker acquisition or journalism
  • A keen eye for detail and good copywriting skills
  • Ability to conduct independent research
  • Great organizational skills – ability to work across various teams/events and juggle multiple stakeholders
  • Personable and great at networking
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
