About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Specialist to join our team at eFinancialCareers. As an E-Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality digital learning resources that cater to the needs of our clients in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging digital learning modules that meet the learning objectives of our clients.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to the financial services industry.
- Implement and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure seamless delivery of digital learning resources.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of digital learning modules to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in instructional design and digital learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design engaging learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
