Roseate Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at The Roseate Edinburgh, Scotland. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales leads, and building relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and grow our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with clients to ensure seamless and successful experiences
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with the hotel's Operations and Reservations teams to ensure a seamless and successful experience for clients and groups
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to meet the needs of the Regional Sales Manager and Senior Management

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Hotel / Meetings & Events or Sales roles
  • Exceptional knowledge of Edinburgh Market – Corporate, Leisure, Groups and MICE
  • Pro-active attitude, strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as needed for sales and industry events
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
