Job Summary:

  • Ensure proper maintenance and operation of base build electrical, mechanical engineering, and general services equipment
  • Maintain planned and unscheduled maintenance programmes using computerised database
  • Supervise contract works and repairs, ensuring compliance with specifications
  • Manage maintenance staff overtime and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
  • Implement fire alarm system testing and maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections and perform necessary repairs
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to building occupants and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification in facilities management or a related field
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Good administrative skills and experience in specialist systems design
  • Technical/systems engineering background and computer literacy
  • Effective staff management and customer service skills
